Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, you must have purchased the product or service directly from our website www.jkpliterature.org.in.

Products can be returned within the applicable time frame only if a damaged, defective, or different/wrong item is delivered to the customer.

Defect with associated time frame

If the product delivered to the customer is not defective, it will not be eligible for return including cases of buyer's remorse, wrong product ordered, customer's change of mind, product purchased in the wrong language, or product is not required after delivery, etc.

Only replacement shall be given in lieu of returns except in some cases like international orders or damage by a third party, etc.

Procedure

To start a return, you must contact us within the specified time frame from the date of delivery along with the photograph(s) and proof of purchase. Failure to provide photographic evidence may result in the request for a replacement being denied. We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange the return shipping. We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and a replacement of your order will be sent at Radha Govind Prachar Samagri (RGPS)'s expense to you. If we do not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you.

International Orders (Outside India)

If a damaged, defective, or different/wrong item is delivered to an international customer then that product is eligible for a direct refund, and does not need to be returned and hence is not eligible for replacement. International customers must contact us with photograph(s) and proof of purchase within the time frame specified in the above table to claim a refund. The price of the product will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

RGPS Cancellation

In the event a customer's order lodged cannot be shipped, Radha Govind Prachar Samagri (RGPS) will cancel the order.

RGPS reserves the right to cancel an order for one or both of the following reasons:

• The ordered item is found to be out of stock.
• The customer’s specified address is not serviceable.

RGPS shall refund the customer the original amount within 7-10 days.

Post Shipment Cancellation

RGPS reserves the right to cancel an order post shipment for one or all of the following reasons:

• The shipping address provided by the customer is found to be untraceable, inaccurate, or incomplete.
• The customer is not available to receive the order.

RGPS shall refund the customer within 7-10 days. The refunded amount shall be subject to deductions for applicable fees, such as transaction charges and forward and return shipping charges.

Customer Cancellation

If you would like to cancel the order, contact us within one hour after placing the order. The money will be refunded to your account. Cancellations will not be considered once the order is packed or shipped.

No Refund shall be processed if the customer chooses to reject the order at the time of delivery.

Changes to the Policy

RGPS reserve the right to modify or update this Return & Cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
